University Lecture Series

The youth have long been a target of radicalisation and recruitment by terrorists. With this in mind, SEARCCT’s public awareness programmes in the past several years, have been focusing on youth, through the Centre’s University Lecture Series or ULS. This is aimed at creating ‘mental firewalls’ among undergraduates, by listening to and speaking to them on the dangers of radicalisation.
Since 2011, SEARCCT has been able to reach more than 8,000 students all over Malaysia through the ULS.
