The Southeast Asia Regional Centre for Counter-Terrorism (SEARCCT) library was established on 27 August 2004. The library has a collection of more than 1900 reading materials on various terrorism and counter-terrorism related matters written by experts in the field from around the world.

The materials available include newspaper cuttings, articles, journals, books, magazines, audio and video recordings as well as seminar papers and reports of courses conducted by the SEARCCT’s Training and Planning Division.

The library is under the supervision of the SEARCCT’s Research and Publication Division and assisted by librarians from the National Library of Malaysia.
